World Council — Global Level

The supreme governing body of United Cultures. Ministers of Culture, Kings, Presidents and official cultural representatives from all 269 countries and regions.

  • 269 Country & Region Representatives
  • Meets every 5 years to approve 269 economic projects

Continent Level — 6 Continents

Each continent has its own governing board managing the cultural and economic development of all countries within that continent.

  • 1 Chairman per continent
  • 1 Treasury per continent
  • 1 Secretary per continent
  • Members: Embassies, NGOs, Universities, Cultural Institutions, Companies
  • All projects must be approved by continent board

Country Level — 269 Countries & Regions

Each country and region has its own governing board chaired by the Minister of Culture or official cultural representative.

  • 1 Chairman per country or region
  • 1 Treasury per country or region
  • 1 Secretary per country or region
  • All local projects must be approved by country board
  • Reports to continent board and World Council

Advisory & Supervisory Boards

Supporting the World Council with expert knowledge, oversight and governance at every level of the United Cultures structure.

  • Advisory Board: NGOs, cultural institutions, universities, world organisations
  • Supervisory Board: Royal Highnesses, Presidents, former World Council members
  • Supervisory Board oversees cultural development per country
  • No veto rights — all cultures have equal representation
