United Cultures City is the world's first city built exclusively for culture. Opening in 2030, it will serve as the permanent physical headquarters of the United Cultures Governing Body — home to the World Council chamber, 7 department headquarters, and the cultural infrastructure of 269 countries and regions.

Ministers of Culture, Kings, Presidents, and officially appointed cultural representatives from any of the 269 countries and regions may apply to claim their seat in the United Cultures World Council. All applications are reviewed by the UC Founder and Governing Board within 5 business days.
